Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment’s progress.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- Items are in original, unused condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@jjcoffee.co . Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items, such as final sale products, gift cards, and custom orders, are non-returnable.
